After you have successfully placed your order with www.waydootech.com, your order will be confirmed within 2 business days , and you will receive a confirmation email containing order details.

All orders are processed within 7 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Your order will be shipped via UPS(air freight) or Standard International(truck) from our German warehouse. It usually takes 2-5 business days for UPS and 7-10 business days for Standard International to be delivered. The final shipping cost is calculated by your chosen shipping method and delivery address at the check-out step.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking information once your order is shipped . The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Waydoo is responsible for all customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees are included in the final price.

If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier and email onlinesales@waydootech.com to request assistance.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
